I must say....since my 1st review...which I am currently revising. I did contact them in which I spoke to "Joe". First he is the first face that you meet there. He gave me good feeling the first time I walked in and today 3/1/25. You see the owner wanted to see my suv and meet with me. I showed him what was "re done" on my suv and showed them the receipt. Joe and I had a very good discussion. John the owner is a very nice young man. He listened to what I stated which to me as a older female made me feel so confident about our conversation. Thank you for that Joe..I appreciated it. So, on that note...I want to say that if YOU NEED service on your car...give OAK LAWN AUTO REPAIR. They are HONEST, RELIABLE as well as PROFESSIONAL and they REALLY LISTEN to your concerns and most importantly explain in detail John the owner and Joe at the front desk are both AWESOME!!! I moved from FL. to back home here in Chicago area. I went ( new customer) to OakLawn Auto to have radiator flush and oil change. Thank you John again. An auto repair company YOU can trust.
