Just recently moved to Oak Lawn. I took my car in for a minor problem, I was so nervous about what was going to be said or told to me especially being a young woman. I sat in the office and watched the owner and front desk man speak to every customer with so much grace and love! You can tell they build and have great relationships with all of their customers. I was so happy that I was told my car was experiencing a small very minor problem that was fixed right away. They were so honest, and I can tell they build great trust with their customers. The owner came out to introduce himself and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you Oak Lawn Auto. Moving to a new area with 2 little ones and a baby on the way is a little rough, but we are so grateful to know that there are honest owners and trusted people who we can go to with any issues we have with our vehicles just minutes away from our new home. Please consider this place when looking for somewhere to take your vehicles. I will definitely be back.
